Features
●12×1 braided structure-- torque balanced, flexible, easy handling, easy splicing
●Ropes made of Dyneema: high strength/weight ratio, low elongation, excellent resistance to tension-tension and bending fatigues, to ultraviolet ageing and chemical erosion; best choice for mooring line ,tug-boat line and some industrial lines. Rope made of Dyneema is 60% in diameter comparing to PA/PET lines, weighing only one eighth of SWR rope, and one fourth of PA/PET rope.
●Polyester rope: high strength, good resistance against abrasion and ultraviolet ageing, as well as anti-static performance after treatment
●Polyamide (Nylon) rope: high elongation, high impact-resistance and anti-corrosion
Application
●Dyneema rope has been successfully used as heavy-duty mooring line, large-powered tugboat line, war-ship mooring line, rescue-salvage line and seismic survey line for oil-exploration etc.

In the past, steel cables, hemp or cotton ropes were commonly used; after the emergence of synthetic fibers, nylon, polypropylene, vinylon, polyester, etc. have been mostly used to make them. In addition to light specific gravity, high strength, good impact resistance and abrasion resistance, synthetic fiber cables have the advantages of corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and insect resistance. For example, the strength and abrasion resistance of nylon cables are several times higher than those of hemp and cotton cables, and the specific gravity of polypropylene cables is lower than that of water, so they can float on the water surface, and the operation is convenient and safe. According to the processing structure, chemical fiber cables are divided into two types: 3-strand, multi-strand twisted cable and 8-strand, multi-strand twisted cable. 3-strand cables generally have a diameter of 4 to 50 mm, and 8-strand cables generally have a diameter of 35 to 120 mm. In addition to being used for ship moorings, chemical fiber cables are also widely used in transportation, industry, mining, sports and fishery. According to the needs of special purposes, metal materials can also be woven into the cable core.
